Currently we are looking for strong senior level consultants. We are growing and need people with a background in delivery of large & complex technology and/or data-driven transformation and change programmes. We would love to hear about your ambitions, and how we might be able to support those at Chaucer.
At your level you will be either managing work streams or projects, able to stand on your own with clients, and oversee the delivery of global transformations at some of the most well-known organizations in the world. Managing both the team and commercial aspects of the assignment, you should be able to help with proposals and Scope of Work drafting, managing and expanding accounts, and identifying additional growth opportunities for Chaucer and your team. This position is suited to those at a stage where they are looking to be involved in developing others through coaching and developing your team.
Experience could include Project Management and/or Change Management (not managing change requests) and/or Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement and/or PMO.

This is an FTE position, not suitable for those seeking a contract. Previous experience in large and complex technology transformation is essential (in-house or consulting).
