C7 - Associate Partners
It is likely you have been planning your path to Partnership for some time, and are looking for an organisation that recognises contribution over tennure. A growing management consultancy, with ambitions to meet your own.
We are seeking creative thinkers who are happiest when experimenting, failing fast, and operating with lean start-up principles. Associate Partners assume responsibilities from sales and business development, engagement management, acting as an exemplar to our consulting pool, managing delivery performance of multiple engagements and teams across accounts or a function / section of a larger account, supporting capability and practice development and providing input to run the company more smoothly. The overall goal of the associate partner is to build Chaucer both internally and externally. To do this, associate partners are empowered to make important decisions.
An ability to create and manage relationships with key client contacts whilst ensuring you understand and meet their expectations is essential. Part of the role will entail developing business and monitoring opportunities in your own network and delivery area as well as leading complex sales activity across the firm. Some is advisory, some delivery, often a mix. Client relationships are critical to us so your commercial focus needs to balance business with client needs at all times. We do, though, need a proven track-record in selling consulting services directly to clients.
