We are seeking creative thinkers who are happiest when experimenting, failing fast, and operating with lean start-up principles. Associate Partners assume responsibilities from sales and business development to engagement management. They act as an exemplar to our consulting pool, managing delivery performance of multiple engagements and teams across accounts, supporting capability and practice development. The overall goal of the Associate Partner is to build Chaucer both internally and externally. To do this, Associate Partners are empowered to make important decisions.
Part of the role will entail developing business and monitoring opportunities in your own network and delivery area, as well as leading complex sales activity across the firm. Client relationships are critical to us, so your commercial focus needs to balance business with client needs at all times.
It is likely you have been planning your path to Partnership for some time, and that you are looking for a growing management consultancy with ambitions to meet your own.
