    Job Responsibilities (Project Manager):

    This role will provide support for various client engagements by developing financial and operational analysis, mapping high level processes, diagnosing different areas of a business, presenting conclusions/recommendations to the client, and assisting with execution efforts.

    • Work on client project teams. Assist in identifying the client’s needs, help develop an as-is and future state roadmap, and work on the client team in executing the roadmap to achieve significant financial results for the client
    • Support client teams by providing project execution support which often includes process mapping and data collection; researching benchmark data; data analysis in developing client deliverables and key milestone follow up to ensure timely project execution
    • Secondary responsibilities include supporting firm activity in new business, developing Intellectual Property, and other internal initiatives.

    Define, coordinate, integrate, and drive clinical operations activities associated with product development programs throughout a product’s lifecycle. Report product development status and progress to client & stakeholders. Participate in and coordinate strategic product direction for product segments. Serve as product line champion during the definition, planning development, launch, and post launch phases.

    Core Job Responsibilities

    Comply with applicable client Policies and procedures. Integrate customer need, technical capability, and business drivers to propose and drive product strategy for multiple programs. Communicate clinical program status to development teams. Balance product cost, performance, and time to market issues in order to meet project goals. Provide the forum to facilitate communications, problem solving, and goal alignment between operational and commercial organizations prior to and through product launch. Work with functional leadership to determine and ensure appropriate resource availability and assignments. Generate, manage, and direct product development launch plans for multiple programs.Prioritize activities, balance resource availability, program status and schedule, and business need. Anticipate and solve problems. Manage resistance across organizations involved in clinical program management. Manage regular review meetings with project teams representing R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Marketing, and Commercial areas. Hold management reviews with Senior management to communicate program development and schedule status. Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from onset through retirement. Present appropriate product development metrics to communicate status of product development. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

    Additional Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

    • Create & manage clinical project plans
    • Coordinate and support clinical team meetings
    • Define clinical project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
    • Align objectives with goals
    • Track deliverables
    • Monitor and report on project progress
    • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
    • Evaluate and assess result of project


    • 5+ years of prior business experience required, prior consulting experience at a professional services firm a plus
    • 3+ years experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Systems implementations, CTMs, etc.
    • GCP Quality Systems
    • Demonstrated experience with S-Curve and Earned Value Management (EVM/EVPM)
    • Experience supporting project management plans and prior Lean experience a plus
    • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills required
    • Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
    • Successful track record of managing highly complex projects.
    • Proficiency in project management software tools
    • Critical thinking and problem solving
    • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
    • Excellent technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Experience with MS Project, Visio, etc. preferred
    • BA required, Master's preferred
    • PMP strongly preferred
