  • Overview

    The Change Manager will be experienced in taking a global organization to a major transformation journey. experience of Digital transformation would be a decisive advantage.   Traditional Change Management experience including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, using these to support global Organizational Change Management initiatives and assess the capability and capacity of the organization to deliver transformational change.

    The Change Manager is responsible for initiating and delivering large scale digital change programs, being able to ensure that the IT and business partners understand the digital transformation journey, the benefits and to utilize approaches that alignment with the digital environment.

    The Change Manager will play an integral role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget and that adoption is optimal to drive benefit realization. The primary responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, improve utilization and minimize resistance with the objective of ensuring project benefit realization. 

    The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring, leading and delivering a global transformational change program, developing senior leadership communications and engagement strategy, taking an organization on a journey they perhaps don’t want to go or understand.


    • At least 5 years’ experience in Change Management roles with a focus on large-scale organizational change efforts, specifically with Digital transformations
    • Minimum of 3 years in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry
    • IT/Digital transformation experience
    • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (Prosci/ADKAR)
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including ability to grasp and communicate complex technology and business concepts to varying audiences
    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
    • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
    • Forward looking with a holistic approach
    • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics without losing sight of the overall strategy
    • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
    • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
    • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
    • Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
    • Prior business consulting experience ideal (internal or external)

    Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Visio, MSP and communication media
