As a self-starting, dynamic type individual, your contributions and viewpoints will be valued and actively encouraged. The right candidate will have strong facilitation and leadership skills. Experience in a customer focused role that focuses on the pursuit of continuous improvement. Chaucer is innovative in its approach so creative problem-solving skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be either a certified Scrum Master or can demonstrate experience of leading agile teams. Experience using Visual Studio Team Server (VSTS) or JIRA would also be a bonus.
