    To help us achieve this, we are looking to engage an experienced Contracts Manager to work hands-on with our Partners and Client Account Managers.  Our reach is global and it is expected that the successful person may be required to travel to the US. As a diverse entrepreneurial company, we encourage our people to engage in new ways of thinking.  The successful candidate will need to understand changes that a growing, service-based business experiences, and be able to implement pragmatic processes and improvements in an often fluid environment.


    Key role elements:


    • Contract Compliance – supporting account managers and partners to understand existing contracts, framework agreements and manage associated risks
    • New Contracts – Supporting partners and account managers with new MSA contract negotiations and renewals of existing agreements,
    • Engaging with key internal stakeholders to ensure they understand the key terms within the MSA and consultancy agreements,
    • Review the terms and conditions for all new contracts, making recommendations and negotiating, to ensure that commercial interests are protected, whilst making sure that negotiations do not restrict the flow of business
    • Create templates for and review agreements including framework agreements, consultancy agreements, associate agreements, deeds of indemnity, memorandums of understanding, office leases, supplier agreements, partner/consortium agreements, non-disclosure agreements
    • Provide support for contract disputes
    • Contract support for Vendor management around IT & Business services
    • Manage the contract databases and registers and administering large framework agreements for the public and private sector

    Identifying and Engaging suitable 3rd party legal advice as required on a value for money basis


    This is a key position to support our growth, ideally you will have previous experience as a Contracts Manager and a good understanding of contract law or have provided internal legal support/ contract admin in a services / consultancy organization.


    Based in the London office – to maximize f2f time with leadership team, with travel to client sites as needed (irregular).  Mostly UK based. 


    Salary - £45 - 60k,
