Our rapidly growing Energy practice is looking for a Principal Consultant and Account Manager in Houston who can wear multiple hats. The successful candidate will be a strong project manager with a keen commercial mindset; someone who can deliver but who can also spot additional opportunities for growing the Chaucer brand with current and potential clients. You will start with an established client and be delivering about 60-70% of your time. You will also be expected to manage the administrative elements (SOW, RFP, timesheets, team) of multiple engagements. We need a self-motivated individual, with a background of proven success in project management and consultative sales. You will have experience of managing both the team and commercial aspects of an engagement. You will help with proposals and Scope of Work drafting, managing and expanding accounts, and identifying additional growth opportunities for Chaucer and your team.
